Instructions for iPad Users

(If  using an iPad, please have a PC nearby in case you want to try out some Google maneuvers.)

 

Instructions for Users of All Other Devices

• Check your computer compatibility.

  • Click this link, then
     

    In Internet Explorer:
    -You will be prompted to click "Always trust content from this publisher" Click "Allow".  
    -You should next be asked allow the content to run; click "Run".

     

    In Google Chome:

    -You will be asked if you want to keep the meeting.  Click "Keep".

    -A meeting.jnlp file should show up in the Download bar at the bottom left.  Right-click the file, and choose "Open".
    
    If the "loading . . ." message goes away, and no windows open, look for the purple icon at the bottom of the screen.
     

• Once in the Collaborate room, connect and test your microphone/camera (Microphones are essential for participation in the conversation.)
